One of the leading MNC Lubricant companies wishes to hire the Marketing Head for its India operations.
The incumbent would be developing and executing the complete marketing strategy for the country. He/she would be leading the complete P&L of the brands across all categories and provide leadership to the Marketing team.
The key responsibilities shall be :
- To work towards world-class capability in Marketing and to grow the categories significantly.
- Strategic brand communications, PR, B2C and B2B marketing
- Understanding the consumer connect, consumer insights.
- Creating best practices of the brand planning and creating winning propositions for Brand Innovation, Brand positioning strategies
- Devise and run innovative campaigns.
- Integrated communication development
- Run the Digital Marketing strategies
- Drive marketing excellence through best in class marketing teams
- Provide strategic direction to the sales force and assist in developing communication strategies for them to achieve the organisation goal.

We invite applications from seasoned Marketing professionals 18-20 years of post qualification experience in reputed consumer facing companies.
- Should have exposure in a leadership position for quite some years managing large brands at least 100 crs.
- Must have contributed in conceptualizing and bringing in new product / projects in a B2C space.
- Sound knowledge of all facets of brand management, marketing strategy and innovation process is a prerequisite.
- "Flair for Innovation" is THE key competency we are looking for.
- Short stints in Sales would be ideal.
