Job Description:

As the GM - Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand image of our company's diamond products. You will work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify market trends, analyze customer preferences, and devise targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of the diamond industry, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing initiatives.

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for our diamond products, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation in the diamond industry.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, preferences, and market demands, and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.

- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and meet established KPIs.

- Plan and oversee the implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and events.

- Develop compelling marketing collaterals, including brochures, catalogues, presentations, and online content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our diamond products.

- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, trade associations, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the diamond industry.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and proactively adapt marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the diamond, Jewellery or luxury goods industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that resulted in increased brand awareness and sales growth.

- Strong understanding of the Luxury goods, diamonds or Jewellery industry along with Ecommerce marketplaces.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and initiatives.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and emerging technologies in the industry.
