Job responsibilities - 

1. Responsible for defining the company's marketing strategy while overseeing tactical development, implementation, tracking and optimization of marketing campaigns across all channels.

2. Maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency by gathering and disseminating best practices, procedures and objectives.

3. Contribute in terms of thought leadership and strategy for the brand across all platforms.

4. Develop strategic direction for the social media presence across all current social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and ensure execution.

5. Brainstorm, Ideation and implementation of new and creative marketing strategies

6. Develop, write and maintain internal and external communication systems (intranet,newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).

7. Implement online marketing campaigns to drive new leads and trials, including email marketing, newsletters, social media and mobile.

8. Review and edit promotional materials for marketing effectiveness and adherence to brand guidelines

9. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership perspective for adoption where appropriate

10. Work closely with BD team for lead generation activity through marketing campaigns.

11. Monitor marketing expenses, results, and other important metrics.

12. Recommend creative and cost-effective marketing strategies for inclusion in yearly plan.

13. Build collaborative, consultative relationships across the organization.

14. Manage public relations efforts.
