Responsibilities:

- Strategize, design, formulate, plan and lead the execution of all the marketing related activities for strategic marketing, corporate marketing and demand generation

- Coordinate with the client facing groups and empower them through insights, data and strategies based on analysis from internal and external sources

- Establish, monitor and manage all campaigns and initiatives through relevant metrics and make recommendations to relevant teams based on these metrics and other leading indicators

- Coordinate with internal teams to lead all branding campaigns (internal and external) that showcase us a great Organization

- Liaison with external agencies to increase the brand visibility of our product as well as grow our business pipeline

- Act as a thought leader & represent us in various industry events as our ambassador

- Mentor & coach the entire marketing team and help them grow personally and professionally

- Continuously innovate and improve our marketing processes

- Contribute by providing contents to our learning and knowledge management initiatives

Key Competencies:

- Strong understanding of all areas of marketing like strategic, corporate and digital marketing

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing especially in Technology / Software services marketing

- Deep understanding of IT / Software services marketing, industries, domains, clients etc.

- Very good understanding of technology and well versed with the latest design thinking principles

- Excellent people leadership skills and strong customer focus (internal and external)

- Experience working with developing strategy, business plans, building executive relationships and influencing cross functional stakeholders

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Extremely high self-driven attitude, detail oriented, proactive and able to prioritize and manage workloads and meet critical project deadlines

- Able to analyze data, look for trends and provide feedback to the team and management
