Role and Responsibilities:
- Build a comprehensive lead pipeline by leveraging both field marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns with a clear ROI focus, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximized returns.
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and directions to achieve the benchmark of 24 SQLs per team member, per quarter.
- Achieve a primary objective of generating high-quality, BANT-qualified SQLs through coordinated efforts across all channels.
- Synthesize marketing and sales channel activities to achieve the goal of generating SQLs.
- Lead the design, execution, and optimization of targeted campaigns with a focus on clear ROI.
- Direct the inside sales team with a definitive outcome oriented approach, ensuring each member meets or exceeds their SQL generation targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies that contribute to the lead generation objectives.
- Utilize analytics to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
