Head of Marketing
We are looking for a Marketing lead/ head, a smart, dynamic and seasoned professional who- ll lead all our marketing activities from Brand, Demand Generation to Content and Product Marketing.
We believe that great companies are built by amazing people. We are a group of young Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts and Business folks who are on a mission to bring consumer tech DNA to enterprise fintech applications. The current team is 50+ member strong with stellar experience across fintech, e-commerce, digital domains at companies like Flipkart, PhonePe, Ola Money, Belong, Razorpay, Grofers, Jio, Oracle etc.
We are growing aggressively across verticals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide the vision & direction needed to make us a global SaaS Brand and drive execution on the same
- Lead and develop Product positioning and messaging by understanding our brand, customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to make recommendations on segmentation and targeting strategies
- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.
- Develop an inbound marketing engine which will align the company toward focus markets and industries to generate high quality leads
- Partner with sales, customer success and product leadership to drive pipeline and conversion metrics
- Leverage paid & organic marketing channels to drive top funnel, lead velocity and conversions.
- Explore new channels for customer acquisition
- Build, Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow a high performing marketing function.
What do you need to do well in this role?
- 6+ years of overall marketing experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of having led multi-skilled marketing teams
- Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
- Deep functional expertise in any at least one key aspect of marketing - Performance marketing, digital brand building, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing or customer engagement via content & marketing automation.
- Experience with B2B/ SAAS products at an early stage selling to US and SEA would be a big plus.
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- And most importantly, you should be fun to work with Tier 1 Academic pedigree
