Head - Marketing _ Insurance Broking Company
1) Job Purpose:
This role is responsible to plan, strategize and execute marketing, digital and brand awareness/visibility communication campaigns for customer acquisition, experience, engagement and retention.
Critical Skill-sets, education & Experience:
1) The critical skill sets required to meet this role are Excellent leadership, communication (written/verbal), decision-making skills, strategizing skills, strong planning and execution skills, excellent, superior presentation skills, adaptability, innovative mind-set, interpersonal and people management skills
The education required to meet this profile is MBA - Marketing with 12-15 years of experience in all aspects of brand and marketing.
2) Principal Accountabilities
Accountabilities Supporting Actions:
- Marketing & Brand Management ; Strategize an effective brand and product marketing strategy encompassing lead generation/ client acquisition, customer experience and engagement, customer retention and internal communication.
- Develop media plans across relevant mediums (using the right media mix) to target specific customer segments, including Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Liaising with regional product and business teams to oversee regional marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budgets.
Measurement - Leads, Quality of Campaigns, Re:
- Customer Engagement/ Experience ; Plan and execute Customer and Dealer engagement strategies to keep them involved and engaged. Develop the annual customer and dealer engagement calendar comprising communication, events, gratification, information updates etc.
- To develop, design and manage the customer communication over the entire lifecycle to enhance customer / dealer experience on multiple touch points
- Both Customer Engagement and Customer Experience initiatives will be key enablers for Customer Retention
- Public Relations ; Ensure public relations communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's strategic vision.
- Work with media outlets to publish timely company information, such as press releases, brochures, and other materials.
- Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication.
- To identify newsworthy opportunities from the media and within the company (on the company, products, people and other such opportunities).
- Profiling of the company and its leadership team as thought leaders and champions and voice of the consumer through different platforms.
- Digital and Social Media ; Develop and execute company's digital/online marketing strategy
- Manage the online brand reputation through communications and campaigns, networking within online communities and social media
- Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns, review and analyse the performance of all sites and report campaign performance
- Manage the company website
- Drive SEO initiative to improve search based performance and increase traffic to the company website.
- Use social media optimally and effectively to increase awareness, visibility and engagement with target segments and followers
- Resource Management Development ; Optimize the team resources and their individual skill sets
- Manage the training and development of team members
- Steer, administer and coordinate the team towards one common goal
