Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire Marketing Head - Industrial Business for a renowned Company based in Bangalore location.

Years of Experience - 10-15 years

Location - Electronic City

Work Modes - 6 days (Monday - Friday), Work from Office

Mandatory Experience - Candidates must have experience managing marketing functions in industries like medical equipment, heavy machinery, elevators, construction, kitchen equipment, HoReCa equipment (e.g., chiller plants), commercial ETP/RO plants, commercial DG sets, or captive equipment manufacturers/distributors.

Education: MBA in Marketing, preferably with an engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitors.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and advertising channels.

- Analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors.

- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Drive new customer acquisition, deliver an exceptional welcome experience, and enhance account engagement, retention, and business development through marketing initiatives.

- Act as a key enabler for the sales team by providing support and aligning marketing with sales operations.

- Identify growth opportunities, conceptualize initiatives, and execute for measurable business results.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed university, preferably with an engineering background.

- 10 to 15 years of senior-level experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the machinery or equipment industry.

- A minimum of three years of sales experience is preferred.

- Expertise in digital marketing, brand promotion, and brand building with proven, measurable results.

- Strong understanding of branding, design elements, and business channels.

- Working knowledge of call center operations.

- Experience in B2B customer engagement through campaigns, events, direct mailers, and the use of effectiveness tools.

- Basic technical understanding is essential.

- A proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to learn on the job.

- Passion for driving high levels of customer engagement and supporting double-digit revenue growth goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creating brand communication elements.

- Preferable knowledge of sales processes and CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools.

- Exposure to working across multiple business verticals, such as government, HoReCa, and the health sector.

- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, integrating them into strategies.

- Proven track record of scaling businesses significantly.

Accountability and Performance Measures:

- Performance will be evaluated based on the achievement of key objectives, using a performance appraisal system.
