Head - Marketing - IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS

Our client is a PE/VC . They are currently looking to hire a Marketing Head reporting into the Founder.

Role:

- You will be leading the Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

- You will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance the brand presence

- You will completely responsible for brand development and reputation management.

Key Qualifications:

- You should come with at least 12 years of experience in building iconic brands globally, ideally with B2B and B2C experience.

- You should have an MBA from a Top Tier Institutes, likes of IIM, XLRI, MDI, FMS, etc.

- You should be Comfortable with working within a startup environment and setting up foundations for the brand of a new entity

- You should have exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
