Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic market plans, managing the marketing team, conducting market research, driving sales, and managing public relations to drive business growth and brand awareness. This role involves leading a dynamic marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Mumbai.
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear goals, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance.
3. Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and protect the brand's reputation.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
5. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Track and report on marketing expenses.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Communicate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
8. Metrics and Analytics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must-have qualifications:
- 10 years of Marketing experience
- Must have worked 5+ years in the Houseware Industry
