Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Marketing for a diversified MNC, based at Mumbai.

A Post Grad in Marketing with 12-15 years of work exp. in the field of Health Care Marketing ( Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare ) would ideally fit into this role.

About the role :

- The role needs to look at synergies between commoditized business and Specialty disease-centric business. While the former requires the incumbent to create unique positioning and differentiation; the later will require the incumbent to understand health economics and patient pathway.

- Build marketing team

- Juggle with different market and product segments

- Good balance of strategy and execution.

Candidate Profile:

- High learning agility

- Analytics/ Big Data

- Understanding of Medical guidelines

- Healthcare background - Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare

- Gender Diversity candidates

- Returning Indians can be considered

- Good Sales and Marketing experience -

- Atleast 10-12 years of experience with atleast 9 years in Marketing. Few years of consulting experience can be added advantage.

- Can forge external partnerships and develop cross-selling.
