A brief of what this role entails:  1) Responsible for the entire marketing function.  2) Work with the Founders in understanding the brand vision and jointly create a brand strategy for the next 5 years at least.  3) Responsible for creating a marketing strategy and overall execution of all marketing plans.  4) Identify agency partners and manage relationships with them.  5) Build a team comprising, content, digital, analytics, design, etc.  6) Responsible for annual targets and budgets.  An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:  1) 8+ years of experience  2) MBA from premier institute is preferred  3) Worked with consumer brands  4) Prior experience in building a brand from scratch or growing a brand is preferred  5) Should be aggressive, have strong analytical and problem solving skills  6) Should have handled diverse teams  7) Have a good grip over digital, social media, analytics, offline marketing, etc.
