MBA From Premier Institutes with good communication Skills and having experience and responsible for :

Leading marketing strategy and operations

Strategic planning and annual budgeting, KOL management, market research, sales force alignment

Prepare marketing budget and business plan

Explore new business opportunities

Ensure sales team uses and implements the marketing strategy

Suggest alternative and innovative media to communicate with the physicians- community

Goal setting and regular performance appraisal

Identifying training needs and impart on-job training

Those having experience in Multi National companies and dealing with Medical devices, Vaccines or preferably products related to allergies or insulin will be preferred.

Candidates interested and keen for starting from scratch preferred.
