Requirement for Marketing Head( group level) for a repute Hospital- Kolkata

Mandatory requirement:

Work Experience : 18 -25 Years - preferred from reputed HOSPITALS

Education Qualification: Essential:

MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Sales / Marketing preferably from well known Institutes.

Preferable: Health care experience / Degree

Industry Preference: Hospital or Healthcare

Key Responsibility:

- Plan initiatives for each Business channel, allocate budgets and monitor the achievement on a regular basis.

- Plan & organize Capability Development Training sessions for Team member and lead the marketing team in setting team and individual goals.

- Identify and analyze business opportunities in newer areas, territories and segments

- Develop the brand of the organization.

- Pricing strategy

- Define the credit policy and ensure strict adherence to it

- Relationship building with key Business Partners - Doctors / Facilitators in the specified markets, key influencers present inside India
