The ideal candidate is serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Execution of Marketing Plan
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, positioning, and recognition.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends.
- Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance website functionality and deliver a superior customer experience.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Track marketing metrics and analyse digital data to measure marketing success.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Objective of the Role:
- The main objective of the Marketing head is to oversees all Marketing activities within an organization.
- Responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
- The role will measure marketing performances like campaigns, launches etc, and track specific metrics to determine their level of success.
