Position Summary:
This position is created to optimize and seamlessly deliver the capabilities for the business. Candidate will be responsible for leading discussions & executing various initiatives ranging from Analytics, IT deliveries, marketing, Distribution Controllership & other horizontal capabilities and driving efficiencies for the business through the same.
He / She should be a great team manager and have a strong knack for ideation & execution
KRAs:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & deliver key capabilities for the business
- Deliver technology based controllership
- To engage with field and call center teams mainly wrt gathering VOC on capabilities delivered & driving usage for the same
- Deliver efficiencies through automation thus reducing probability of manual error
- Establish relationship and collaborate with internal clients and external vendors to deliver on the desired requirements

- A qualified candidate needs to be able to work with cross functional teams
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and task without compromising on quality.
- Ability to deliver timely results in a fast paced environment.
- The candidate must be ready to take up quantitative metrics for deliveries done
Required Qualification & Experience :
- The candidate should have experience in managing skill-based crack teams
- Should have an innovative bent of mind
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have 8-12 years of prior experience in relevant role, preferably in financial services with some exposure to unsecured loans
