The Role is for Start-up :- Health Tech (Location is Ahmedabad and Mumbai)
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to CEO
- Directly manage sales, digital marketing and brand marketing functions
- Identify & build new growth capabilities by taking an integrated view of product, marketing and sales insights
- Work closely with product, sales and other teams to design & pilot experiments, build & launch capabilities at scale
- Own, set-up and track sales targets, KPIs and key milestones for sales and marketing teams
- Analyze performance of ongoing marketing and go-to-field activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) to drive growth and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze customer experience and engagement across channels and touchpoints to drive further improvements
- Generate ideas about new features or product improvements in collaboration with product teams
- Ensure sales and marketing policies and procedures are legally compliant
- Manage and drive collaborations with key agencies and partners
- Ensure coordinated plan and execution of brand positioning, marketing and go-to-field initiatives
- Own overall growth plan including integrated sales forecasting and performance evaluations

Education & Past experience :
- 12+ years of experience as Growth/Marketing lead at regional/national level, preferably in the health-tech space or can be e-commerce, fin-tech
- MBA from tier 1 institutes (ISB, IIMs, XLRI, FMS, etc.) preferred
