As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in steering the following responsibilities:

- Brand Identity Reinvention: Lead the conceptualization and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aimed at reshaping the brand identity and positioning it as the foremost choice for aspirational interior solutions.

- Strategic Budget Management: Assume accountability for the management and allocation of marketing budgets at the furniture group level, ensuring prudent financial stewardship and maximum ROI.

- Collaborative Agency Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships with advertising agencies to formulate, direct, and synchronize marketing activities, fostering seamless execution and brand amplification.

- Strategic Media Selection: Employ a judicious approach in selecting appropriate media channels to drive awareness and engagement, particularly for high-impact product launch campaigns.

- Holistic Brand Communication: Oversee the brand communication mix and orchestrate both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) promotional activities with finesse and precision.

- Multi-Channel Focus: Strategically prioritize and leverage diverse marketing channels including General Trade, Retail, B2B, and E-commerce, harnessing the power of emerging new media and social platforms.

- E-commerce Optimization: Spearhead digital and social media initiatives to propel e-commerce sales growth for our esteemed brands, driving impactful online presence and customer engagement.

- Integrated Media Initiatives: Lead the charge in orchestrating comprehensive offline and online media initiatives spanning Television, Print, Radio, Outdoor, and Digital platforms, fostering holistic brand visibility.

- Strategic Analysis and Insight: Conduct rigorous competition analysis, delve into sub-brand wise marketing spend dynamics, and spearhead the formulation of pricing strategies for new product launches, leveraging actionable insights to drive sustained growth and market dominance.
