- Develop and implement effective Trade Marketing Programs for both Channels (distributors / wholesalers) and franchisees in conjunction with Sales.
- Develop overall Marketing and Competitive growth strategies for all Product categories
- Managing the Marketing team effectively to drive Organizational Objectives
- To Develop New Product definitions with Research & Development and cross functional teams
- To identify new product opportunities and conduct market assessment with R&D
- To Work with Sales/Technical Team to maintain and improve Market
- To Measure Market Share, Market Perception
- Set up the database and customer portfolio through market survey and feedback from distributor/market research/professional associations/trade publications/official economic data/trade show/competitor
Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA with minimum of 10-15 years marketing experience to include
- FMCG industry, food companies an advantage - product knowledge ( frozen food)
