Head - Marketing - Foods & Spices Business - FMCG Background
Objective : The Head Marketing plays a vital role in LAUNCH of A NEW BRAND, DIFFERENTIATING the company and its BRAND in a largely commoditised market, helping build customer relationships, driving innovation in product and service offerings, that helps driving growth and contributing to the bottom line, through following key actions:
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's short, medium and long term business objectives. This includes market research to identify new opportunities, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, positioning, and setting clear marketing goals.
- Brand Management: Oversee the company's brand image and positioning. Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition. This may include creating messaging guidelines, managing logo and brand usage, and implementing advertising campaigns.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with product development teams to market and launch new products, understanding market needs, setting pricing strategies, and managing product portfolio.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's online marketing efforts. This includes managing the company's website, social media presence, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Public Relations and Communications: Manage all internal and external communications. Develop and execute public relations strategies to manage the company's reputation and promote its achievements.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, brochures, and other materials, to assist in selling products to clients.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and manage customer engagement strategies. This may include customer retention programs, loyalty programs, and feedback systems.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics to track the success of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports on marketing KPIs to the executive team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. This includes allocating resources to different projects and ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver a strong return on investment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team. This includes hiring, training, and developing team members, setting team objectives, and overseeing daily operations.

- Position Location: Kolkata Head Office.
