Head - Marketing - FMCG/Telecom/eCommerce - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Marketing for an MNC, based at Mumbai.

Post Grad in Marketing from Premiere Business School with at least 12-15 years of work exp in Marketing (of which at least last 3 years in a Leadership role ) in a FMCG/Telecom / Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement annual marketing (Communication, Strategic and Brand) plan

- Plan and manage the marketing budget.

- Responsible for Impact & Sustenance related communication (both On Air & Off Air)

- Mapping and Understanding the consumer behavior pattern to develop hypothesis and plan communication

Increase horizontal and vertical distribution (Increase overall consumption of the product) Directly responsible for all programming & channel related communication across all media, like TV, print, digital, offline etc. This includes :

- Brand Marketing

- Impact

- Sustenance

- PR

- Digital marketing

- Ground activation & events

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Strong Marketing bent of mind

- Should have seen and understood the other elements of marketing, like branding, consumer insight, consumer engagement etc.

- The role requires high execution orientation, quick thinking and implementation. The incumbent should be comfortable with a lot of action and have the ability to handle multiple issues/activities

- Comfortable with numbers and analysis and making sense of them for marketing decisions

- Strong with Social Media Marketing and Digital Media

- Business wherewithal
