Designation: Head of Marketing
Job Description:
- Define the overall plan for the marketing team and work closely with the team to deliver it
- Define the brands' architecture, define its target audience, build customer personas, understand how they behave during transaction/offline interactions/website/app
- Spearhead the marketing strategy for all aspects of a business including customer transactions, in-store branding, activations, trading events,
- Identify the right channels to target customers and optimize CAC
- Collaborate with the city teams and the product teams on acquisition & retention - devising effective integrated marketing campaigns and possibly generate insights for digital strategy
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in both online and offline marketing to drive B2C customer acquisition
- Hands on experience in a start-up/own venture is a plus
Qualifications/Desired Attributes:
- Education: Engineering or Management Degree from IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS
- High analytical & problem-solving ability
- A hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes
- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
