Head Marketing

- Responsible for managing the entire division portfolio topline and profitability. The role is responsible for the evolution of marketing strategies along with communication development for the consumers through relevant mediums and implementation of the same effectively &efficiently.

- Empowering the team to build robust marketing programs to engage the consumers.

- Driving the marketing agenda, Strategy & expansion for the business, along with the BU Head.

- Empower the team to drive the execution of these programs through the Cross functional expertise by measuring and tracking of these initiatives

- Drive direct to consumer/ patient programs through own BU and cross-functional Projects

- Need to collaborate for more focused demand generation with ethical (Cross BU) and Trade (Sales/Trade Marketing), integrating the demand across.

- Consistent generation of insights from Consumers to facilitate development of an engaging brand strategies

- Own and drive all shopper/consumer-led Activations and micro-marketing activities through collaboration with sales teams.

- Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales.

- Support and drive sales - work in close partnership with sales leadership and trade marketing function to ensure smooth implementation and execution of marketing programs.

- Candidate background

- MBA 2004 -2009 batch full time from a premier institute. Female candidates prefered
