Mandatory Requirement :

The candidate should be from a Premier B School and should have experience in Brand Management, Innovations, Strategy and New Product Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the New Product Development and innovation process to gain higher premium from the market.

- Strategic business objective by driving the new product contribution to total sales, Developing identified new revenue streams & uplifting brand image through consumer-centric innovation in both B2C and B2B segment.

- Generate & interpret consumer research data to develop consumer insight and provide critical input for product development

- Monitor market trends regularly and coordinate with R&D for competitor product analysis

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive multiple NPD projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional team/ SPOC to drive timely and productive NPD reviews and updates

- Collaborate with large cross-functional teams from idea generation to commercialization of products as per agreed timeline and budget

- Drive the creative agency to provide timely planning and creative inputs for a robust GTM strategy

- Build & strengthen organizational processes and capability to best serve the changing needs of customers .
