The Opportunity
As an experienced and passionate direct marketer and manager, you will have end to end responsibility for managing the planning, development and delivery of integrated online/offline marketing communications.
You will ensure the delivery of a seamless brand journey for the customer across all touch points and all advertising mediums, channels and devices.
You will coordinate and manage agencies and other internal and external relationships to ensure all campaigns and marketing campaigns are effectively delivered and acquisition targets are met.
Essential
8+ years marketing experience in direct response, preferably in Healthcare or FMCG Services
Proven highly developed ability to manage large scale marketing campaigns - both ATL and BTL
Strong commercial and business acumen, and experience managing creative and production budgets
Good understanding of digital marketing with exposure to SEM, SEO, display, video, eDM and social media
Proven management skills, combined with the ability to effectively manage a broad range of internal stakeholders
Proven ability to effectively manage and control work undertaken by agencies and suppliers
Proven negotiation and relationship development experience and able to manage partners and stakeholders
Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including copywriting skills, as well as a high attention to detail
Proven initiative and creativity in a direct marketing environment
Proven independent decision maker with good organisational skills
Tertiary level qualifications (e.g. bachelor degree or higher) in a relevant marketing or business discipline.
Drive and execute marketing strategy including existing and new product launches
Manage all communication for brands including ATL and BTL including digital transformation journey
Work with and manage agency relationships
Analyse customer landscape driving individual customer journeys on a B2B and B2C landscape
Analyse competitor landscape across product, price etc.
Drive NPD for the portfolio across vitamin and supplements business
Manage stakeholders across the business including working and driving information through to sales, finance etc.
Preparing presentations comprising market trends across different categories within the health, wellness, personal care and selected food markets
Work with the Business Development Manager to build long-lasting customer relationships by identifying opportunities for the selected customer account portfolios.
Manage direct reports as required.
Proven strategic marketing manager experience in FMCG industries ideally health, personal care or food
Management of multiple conflicting deadlines and projects
Experience in a smaller business environment ideally working with challenger brands.
