- Leading the overall Marketing Plan and delivery of Topline, Margin, Market Share and Brand Equity Metrics
- Responsible for all categories, Marketing Campaigns, Commercial programs, Innovation initiatives, including R&D, leading Brand Equity and Advertising Development, Media including Digital.
- Close Collaboration with the Sector leads in the region to drive key strategic initiatives
- Accountability for delivery of business objectives as it is a Country P&L Model Responsible for delivering the P&L for the assigned countries within the Cluster
- Decides strategic priorities for their Cluster including market segment, brand & category focus, required innovation / renovation pathway and commercial program execution
- Leads Go-to-market optimization and Channel strategy development in conjunction with the country sales leaders; Defines pricing strategy and ensures implementation
- Manages the selection, ongoing relationship & annual performance management of all marketing agencies used by the Cluster
- Leveraging Innovative Digital and eCommerce solutions
