Job Profile Summary :
- Marketing Head shall be responsible for establishing & implementing strategic and tactical communications plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand for all brands.
- He will build a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments.
- He should be self-motivated, skilled and have impeccable communication & leadership skills.
- Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
- Head Marketing should prepare 3 years rolling plan and detailed marketing budget for a year and manage the budget for all staffing, resources.
- Work directly with Sales and channel partners to develop and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
Major areas of activities:
- Understand the present market scenaroio and create a go to market strategy.
- Work with the Different agencies as per the brand plan.
- Executing the planned Advertising and Promotions during the year.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the specific campaign and promotions.
- Making a budget, monitoring the expenditures.
- Monitor the sales of the existing Products and identify marketing support required to increase sales from the existing levels and work with the sales teams for ensuring the same.
Agency Experience in the past is preferred.
