Head of Marketing- Bangalore (FMCG/D2C/ Ecommerce Exp. )
JOB SCOPE: As the Head of Marketing, you will be running all three marketing verticals: performance marketing, offline & brand marketing as well as content-driven marketing.
Performance Marketing:
This is a fairly well-established channel, here your focus would be on managing the team to drive down or control cost per qualified lead through constant optimization of landing pages, creatives, messaging, campaign setup
Content Marketing:
We have got fantastic initial traction, your focus will now be on:
- Expanding the team to double down on our content marketing effort
- Prioritise and drive experiments across various channels/mediums/formats and see what works best
- Lock PMFs in terms of what topics work well
- Set and drive aggressive targets to generate leads from this channel to drive down performance marketing spending
Brand Marketing:
We are yet to begin work on this. You will help us:
- Define our positioning, branding, communication
- Identify and drive experiments across various channels and mediums
- Overall you will help take our marketing efforts to the next level and set the marketing strategy for the next few years.
REQUIREMENTS: (Minimum 9+ experience)
- Proven top-notch marketing track record
- Extensive experience in brand marketing is expected
- Familiarity with performance marketing is required as well
- Need to be numbers driven
