Marketing Strategy and Planning: a clear understanding of the market and brand context and identifying the underlying causes and link to business goals and marketing objectives. Experience with ATL communication development, including agency briefing and management, and development and execution of media plans.
Brand Building: Understand and support the process to develop the brand positioning as well as the activities to bring the positioning to life. Understand the brand equity and carry an ability to monitor brand equity gaps and improvements
Connect with consumers: Understand the purchase process and the role of different touch points. Fluent in defining the rollout plan and promotional activities
Product & Innovation: Build a strong product market fit, aligning market opportunities with organizational strengths and capabilities
Channel and Sales excellence experience: Must have exposure of building GTM strategies and driving implementation
- Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programme; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget
- Design and build the Digital marketing roadmap and ensure all digital marketing channels (website, social media, marketplaces) are optimized
- Monitor channel performance, provide feedback, and optimize partnerships for mutual success
- MBA from Premiere institution
