- As Marketing Head you'll lead D2C campaigns, infusing creativity and strategy.

- Your role involves seamless collaboration, ensuring visuals align with standards.

Experience: 10-15 years (D2C/FMCG Beauty & Personal Care preferred for at least 5 yrs)

Location: Gurgaon (office-based)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Innovation:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Identify and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor landscape to inform strategy.

- Drive innovation through new marketing initiatives and channel expansion.

KPI: Optimized YoY brand revenue growth (organic & inorganic)

KPI: Partnering with the NPD team for the successful launch of the new product lines per year Brand Building & Awareness:

- Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition and positioning.

- Develop and execute impactful brand awareness campaigns across digital and offline channels.

- Manage public relations and influencer partnerships to build brand advocacy.

KPI: Efficient brand awareness initiatives (measured by brand recall surveys)

KPI: Optimized YoY growth in organic website traffic Customer Acquisition & Retention:

- Develop and implement multi-channel customer acquisition strategies (social media, Print, PR, Organic search, content marketing, partnerships and performance marketing).

- Design and manage loyalty programs and personalized communication initiatives to improve customer retention.

KPI: Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by X%

KPI: Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by Y% Data & Analytics:

- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and resource allocation.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing activities.

KPI: Monitor and achieve targeted conversion rates across all marketing channels (e.g., website, lead generation forms, influencers, campaigns, brand evangelists)

KPI: Increase ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) by Z% Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales-offline/online) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Budget Management:

- Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives to optimize expenditure.

- KPI: Manage marketing budget via AOP/ABP within allocated cost targets and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in FMCG beauty & personal care branding/D2C exposure is preferred.

- Proven track record of success in achieving KPIs related to growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Creative and strategic thinking, with a focus on execution and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
