At present, We are having an urgent opening for HEAD - MARKETING for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at GURGAON location.

The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 3000+ crores having its international presence in Bangladesh, GCC countries, Nepal and ROW market.

Role Objective :

- As Marketing Head the person will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Brand marketing and advertising initiatives. This role will play a vital role in Brands' growth and have important responsibilities that range from creative influence to business strategy. He/She needs to create a strong brand identity and presence, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. With cross-functional teams to innovate products, enhance marketing strategies, and optimize operations for sustained success in the D2C, marketplaces and offline channels. Will work closely with the brand heads, executive team, and other key stakeholders to drive growth, profitability and sustainability from a marketing point of view.

Key Activities:

Brand Development and Marketing:

- Lead brand development strategies to enhance market standing and customer loyalty.

- Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer Acquisition.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and advertising campaigns.

- Stay abreast of consumer trends and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.

E-commerce and Digital Strategy:

- Develop and execute a robust e-commerce strategy to drive online sales.

- Optimize the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Leverage digital channels for effective customer engagement and retention.

- Maintain premium brand experience utilizing various ecommerce functionalities of different marketplaces to keep brand aspiration intact with the target group of consumers.

International Markets:

- Along with ecommerce, retail & other relevant business channels across India, priorities business opportunities in new international markets with global sales & distribution partners.

- Keep on optimizing product portfolio strategy for all relevant, sizable markets outside India.

Customer Centricity:

- Priorities and enhance the overall customer journey from discovery to post purchase.

- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and utilize data to improve products and services.

Technology and Data Utilization:

- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive business insights.

- Implement data-driven decision-making across marketing, operations, and product development.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies that can enhance the D2C business model.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand the brand's reach.

- Collaborate with influencers, other brands, and platforms to amplify marketing efforts.

- Explore co-branding opportunities to enhance market presence.

Stakeholder Relations:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, and customers.

- Represent the company at industry events and forums.

Financial:

- Develops Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitors the expenditure.

- Ensures Optimal pricing of products so that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand group are strictly met.

- Strives to increase return on expenditure on advertisement & brand endorsement
