Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies based on market analysis and consumer insights. - Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication. - Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance. - Product Management: Collaborate on product launches and manage product life cycles. - Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives and optimize online presence. - Sales Support: Develop trade marketing strategies and support sales initiatives. - Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and track ROI. - Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
