Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and brand vision.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and potential threats to our brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with product development, sales, and other key departments.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual elements in all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor brand perception and sentiment, taking proactive measures to address any negative feedback or issues
Product Marketing :
- Lead product marketing efforts to effectively position our food products in the market
- Develop product launch strategies, packaging designs, and promotional materials to support new product introductions.
- Analyse product performance data and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and maximize sales.
- Develop Sampling plans across channels
Digital Marketing and E-commerce:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Drive e-commerce growth through effective online marketing strategies and customer acquisition tactics.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements to increase conversion rates.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and drive sales including Trade Marketing in alignment with sales teams
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling advertising materials and promotional content.
- Manage advertising budgets and track the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant KPIs.
Public Relations and Influencer Marketing:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive press coverage and brand partnerships.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies to leverage their reach and credibility in promoting our food brand.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvements.
What are we looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (~8 years) in marketing management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Track record of developing successful marketing strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of consumer behaviour, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Creativity and innovation in approaching marketing challenges and opportunities.
- Understanding of food regulations and compliance is advantageous.
- International exposure is a plus
