- Prepare the annual marketing budget and marketing calendar in correlation to projected growth in sales and the long-term objectives of the organization.
- Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes, evaluating marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses
- Timely analysis on the effectiveness of incentives and decide the course of action based on inferences in agreement with management team.
- Procurement and distribution of Incentives through team
- Introduce strategic concepts as formulated and launch of new products in Indian market .
- Conceptualize and organize important events for the company with in budgeted costs and time lines (National sales meet ( Club Classique, fun parties or recognition events etc)
- Build the brand through associating with Nutrition in the mind to our target audience through events like road shows, nutrition talks, cookery competitions, corporate programs etc.
- Conceptualize and develop new service offerings in order to generate additional revenue and exposure for the brand.
- Planning, development & implementation of promotion plans and handling communication for brand. Build the brand by reaching out to target audience through events like exhibitions, corporate tie- ups, road shows, ATL & BTL activities.

- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts. Strategizing various tie-ups/alliances with various partners to promote the brands
- Organizing Events, Promotion and Schemes to build brand Image. Creating marketing campaigns (Adwords, Email & SMS Campaign, Mall activations, Radio Campaigns, PPC), content strategy to generate new leads also increase brand awareness.
- Manage collaterals development, Newsletter, Blogs, Fortnight Bulletin and Quarterly watch.
- Strong project management skills & the ability to plan a number of events/activities simultaneously.
