- Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and track performance metrics.

- Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

- Provide clear direction and establish performance goals for the team.

Product Marketing:

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.

- Develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.

- Drive product launches and manage lifecycle marketing.

Customer Engagement:

- Build and nurture customer relationships through targeted campaigns and events.

- Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and use insights for continuous improvement.

Public Relations & Communication:

- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other external engagements.
