Objective
The role will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors, leveraging this experience to enhance our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration with business teams to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target market.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision and values.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.
- Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using data to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Brand Visibility: Plan and execute brand visibility strategies including, but not limited to, participation in relevant conventions, exhibitions, etc.
Skill Sets
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and campaign creations.
- Excellent leadership, and communication with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in digital and print marketing, content, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
