Job Description - The opportunity space is large and diverse, as well as attractive & challenging. A key part of this role is to also ensure the use of creative excellence, disciplined project leadership and management in crafting new opportunities from multiple start points. The ability to navigate through key stakeholders within the organization will be necessary for success and traction. As a key stakeholder you will also be the repository of learning for future opportunities, on which the business will lean on for development of business strategies.

Key responsibilities:

- Designing & implementing various programs to cross sell & upsell for current customers.

- Re-Launch & Manage customer loyalty program

- Build & nurture alliances & partnerships with various strategic partners.

- Leverage & build customer base through various alliances & Partnerships

- Monitor competitive landscape, communications and promotions and work with advertising / research / media agencies to develop campaign and achieve company objectives.

- Continually update self knowledge on competition activities, industry news & consumer insights.

- Conceptualization & Execution of integrated marketing campaign to achieve the brand & business goals

- Develop and execute a powerful promotional plan to increase the market share of the company in all the relevant service offerings

- Brand Equity both qualitative and quantitative delivery of brand equity for the services portfolio and the group

- Long-term transformation initiatives as well as quarterly activity plans to be orchestrated and delivered upon

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a University graduate with an MBA from a top tier business school, with at least 12-15 years of professional experience in a marketing and/or product management capacity within the FMCG industry.

- You have significant brand management experience and in depth knowledge of the industry in India & globally.

- You will have a keen knowledge on strategic marketing and a entrepreneurial insight to drive market expansion.

- You should be resourceful and able to multi task, with excellent people skills.
