- The incumbent will bear end to end responsibility of the business in the in this role
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing and defining consumer insight driven marketing mix and product portfolio.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Give strategic direction to the brand in areas such as market share, product innovation, new product development, market research, consumer behaviour and trends in travel products & accessories.
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like TV, Digital, Mobile, Print and Radio.
- Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of the Marketing Campaigns
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy if required.
- Deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends and competitor activities, consumer behaviour etc., to gain the competitive edge.
- Performing need analysis, concept study and conceptualising mechanism for developing and launching new products.
- Conceptualizing & implementing Trade Promotions & Consumer Promotions as well as launching activities as a part of brand building & market development.
- 8 Plus years post qualification experience; in product and brand management. Exposure to sales function would be an added advantage.
