1. Marketing Head will be responsible for creating and building new brands and running all requisite marketing activities for the Company.
2. Having wide responsibility across Marketing strategies (online & offline), Brand Management, Product portfolio, business planning & analysis, Product innovation, Market research and build promotions / campaigns across categories to help achievement of Top line & bottom-line objectives of the organization.
3. Craft marketing strategies including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
4. Create & nurture new brand identity.
5. Evaluate and launch new categories.
6. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
7. Set, monitor and report on team goals.
8. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
9. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
10. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
