Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing high-level marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and establish the fitness chain as a market leader. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer experience, brand storytelling, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, revenue targets, and expansion plans.
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand positioning and differentiation to establish the fitness chain as a premium, customer-centric brand.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business development, product offerings, and customer experience.
Digital & Performance Marketing :
- Oversee high-impact digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid social media.
- Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Leverage CRM tools and AI-driven marketing automation to personalize customer interactions and increase engagement.
- Manage marketing analytics and KPIs to track conversion rates, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Brand Management & Thought Leadership:
- Develop a compelling brand storytelling strategy that resonates with health-conscious consumers and fitness enthusiasts.
- Create impactful advertising campaigns across print, outdoor, and digital media to establish top-of-mind awareness.
- Collaborate with media, PR agencies, and key industry influencers to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Spearhead content marketing strategies, including video marketing, blogs, podcasts, and social media storytelling.
Customer Acquisition & Retention Strategies:
- Design and implement growth hacking techniques to boost lead generation and membership conversions.
- Establish data-driven customer segmentation models to tailor marketing efforts for different demographics.
- Introduce customer loyalty programs, referral incentives, and innovative engagement tactics.
- Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement.
- Build and nurture partnerships with health, wellness, and lifestyle brands to amplify marketing efforts.
- Organize high-profile fitness events, challenges, and influencer collaborations to drive community engagement.
- Work closely with corporate partners to introduce employee wellness programs and bulk memberships.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and excellence.
- Foster a data-driven, customer-first culture within the marketing department.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and product teams for seamless execution of campaigns.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Own and optimize the annual marketing budget to maximize ROI across all campaigns.
- Ensure cost-effective media planning and ad spending to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced analytics to measure brand performance, customer insights, and marketing effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy.
- Experience in data analytics, AI-driven marketing automation, and omnichannel strategies.
- Ability to execute high-impact, ROI-driven campaigns while managing multi-crore budgets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Immediate joiners preferred.
