This is a role with a B2B SAAS Fintech company. The responsibilities entail creating Marketing visibility for Enterprise customers through both offline and online marketing tools.
- The role will report into the Founders and will have a team of 5-6 people reporting into it.
- Ideal candidate will be from a start-up environment, agile and hands-on.
Prior experience of Marketing to Enterprise customers and working in a start-up environment is a must.
Some of the responsibilities in this role will be:
- Rationalize product portfolio, prioritize R&D and marketing investments
- Consistently achieve revenue, sales pipeline and demand generation targets for multiple industry verticals and geographies
- Establish processes for market requirements gathering, prioritization of product development activities
- Develop and implement segmenting, targeting, positioning, packaging for all products
- Establish metrics to track performance of various marketing programs, impact on sales pipeline and wins
- Improve efficiency of marketing programs, increased website visits and inbound demand, reduce marketing costs
- Manage marketing budget by products, geographies and channels
- Incubate multiple product ideas, launch products offerings across markets
