The position is with Financial Services and they are looking for Head Marketing

Location : Mumbai (Andheri E)

Desired Experience : 7-10 years' experience in similar roles

Key Deliverables :

1. Plan and execute Digital Marketing strategy to achieve the desired goals

2. Lead a team to drive digital acquisition for B2C business through areas like PPC, SEO, SMM, Marketing Automation, CRO etc.

3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

4. Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI

5. Tracking, reporting and analyzing ad analytics, cost per acquisition initiatives and campaigns

6. Create, implement & manage multiple user acquisition experiments

7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify digital marketing needs and design and execute plans accordingly

8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

9. Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the performance marketing function within the marketing team

10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Required skills

1. Passionate about Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and new developments

2. Proven experience in managing customer acquisition efforts in paid channels with quantifiable results and a fair experience with SEO

3. Strong analytical ability and an advanced Excel nerd

4. A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and data driven marketing

5. Obsess over latest trends and growth hacks for faster distribution

6. Can write direct ad copy that is built to convert

7. Should have experience of managing a team
