Head - Marketing - Financial Services

This opportunity is with Ahmedabad based financial services firm.

The incumbent will lead marketing and communication initiatives and develop a fully integrated marketing strategy/plan that supports business objectives, drives revenue growth, and ensures enhanced brand visibility.

KRAs:

- Create an integrated storytelling strategy for the firm focused on the company's vision.

- Develop /articulate Brand positioning, guidelines and communication plan for the organization.

- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO & leadership team and manage their corporate presence and image across all media platforms.

- Lead PR/ Advocacy initiatives targeted at influencing policy formulation. -

- Participate in industry forums

- Employee communication initiatives jointly, as required.

Candidate Profile:

- The incumbent should be a MBA (Marketing) with atleast 12 years of experience and demonstrated success within B2B & B2C marketing.

- Should have experience of building/establishing a brand from scratch.
