We are hiring for the role of Head of Marketing for one of client based out of Gurgaon, which is a renowned foreign beverages brand expanding our footprint into the Indian market. Mission is to bring unique, high-quality beverages to consumers worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and establish our brand in India.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Market Entry Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive market entry strategy.

- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Identify key target segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns.

Brand Management:

- Build and enhance brand awareness and recognition in the Indian market.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising, packaging, and promotional content.

Digital Marketing:

- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.

- Manage the company's online presence and engage with consumers through various digital platforms.

- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Consumer Engagement:

- Develop and execute consumer engagement strategies to build a loyal customer base.

- Organize events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and consumer interaction.

- Monitor customer feedback and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.

Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns.

- Provide marketing support to retail partners and distributors.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in launching and growing a brand in a new market.

- Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behavior.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
