Position Overview : As the Marketing Head for our esteemed fashion designer brand, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can lead a marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:

2. Brand Management:
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure it remains relevant and appealing to the target audience.

3. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
4. Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices to optimize online presence.
5. Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage customer feedback and data to continuously improve customer experiences.
6. Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visuals, videos, and written content.
7. Public Relations and Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and fashion industry stakeholders.
- Manage PR initiatives and media coverage to enhance brand visibility.
8. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor spending and ROI to optimize marketing investments.
9. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
