Responsibilities:
Brand Building and Communication:
- Identify opportunities to increase ManpowerGroup India Brand profile in the country. Conduct and co-ordinate all ATL and BTL activities.
- To be a watchdog for the brand and to ensure standards are uncompromisingly maintained / improved and business expectations are met or exceeded, and that the brand promise is always delivered to all parties concerned
- Act as an 'Editor' for all forms of internal and external communication with stakeholders to ensure consistency and tone of message. This would include Planning, development and production of marketing collaterals, corporate literature, presentations kits, white papers, photo library and other product information materials to promote ManpowerGroup services
- Organize external promotional events including exhibitions or seminars as well as ManpowerGroup-hosted client events to raise the profile of ManpowerGroup
- Internal communication in conjunction with other department heads to ensure the brand vision, mission, values, goals and language are clearly understood by all employees and associated parties. (e.g. vendors)
Market Research and Sales Support:
- Research the local recruitment industry trends and competitors- business activities to identify potential growth opportunities for ManpowerGroup
- Research relevant industry verticals and assist in incorporating the findings to improve the products and services to reach the targeted clients;
- Support the sales team in the preparation of sales presentation and proposals, and maintaining a library of the same
Marketing Management:
- Work with line manager to prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans
- Coordinate with operations for execution and evaluation of strategies
- Prepare marketing MIS and actively provide feedback for operations & management.
- Implement and co-ordinate all regional and global activities in India, including new initiatives and special projects, such as ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey, Global Sales Day, Customer Satisfaction Survey, World Economic Forum etc
- Assist in negotiation of national deals with agencies and media. Manage agency relationships.
Public Relations:
- Draft and review content, press releases and articles for release in the media that will promote the brand and service initiatives
- PR agency management and ensuring that the ManpowerGroup global key messaging platforms are adhered to
- Liaise with professional and industry associations for participation in programs and association activities.
- Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications & PR program
Digital Marketing:
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Managing the redesign of the company website.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluating client, candidate research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
