We are seeking to identify a Marketing Head for our clients, one of the leading FM channels in the country today. They have a presence across all metros and major cities with their vibrant, youthful, creative and interactive programming. The group has diversified itself across different media to captivate a wider range of consumers and businesses. The group now intends to further consolidate its already established position as a dynamic media powerhouse. The Role : You will manage the pan-India Marketing organization and lead a team of marketers to plan, strategize and implement all marketing, advertising and communication initiatives for the company's channels. This includes : - Providing leadership and coordination of Company's marketing function. - Responsibility for planning, development and implementation of all of the Company's marketing and promotions strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal - Driving alliances centrally and across regions addressing monetisation agenda and connect with consumer segments - Developing the launch &amp; long term brand strategy and plans (market, segments, benefits and differentiators) - Strategizing &amp; Driving Brand &amp; Digital Marketing Plans across all stations for larger brand prominence - Developing short- and long-term plans and budgets for the Marketing/promotions/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. Your Profile : - Ideally an MBA from a premier business school with 10 - 15 years of experience including a significant stint in the FMCG/FMCD or consumer services sectors. - You should have handled a pan-India Marketing role with an emphasis on strategy and brand communication. - Prior experience in managing a team and working with vendors and partners, holding full responsibility for brand success is critical
