Job Description:

- Marketing Strategy Formulation

- Identifying, crafting and implementing Marketing strategy for new Franchisee Acquisition and Enrollment and BrandBuilding.

- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan for each product; directing promotionalsupport.

- Monitor and guide teams on creation of national campaigns to help meet business objectives.

- Marketing, Consumer Engagement, New center launches, Media Planning and Management.

- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

- Lead the organizations brands portfolio strategy which comprehensively addresses market and competitors

- Digital and Social Media

- Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the digital and social strategy

- Digital Marketing including SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, social campaigns

- Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy

- Connected to the latest thinking in digital technologies, trends, innovations and activations which maximizesengagement.

- Monitor digital tools, analytics and trends to understand the target market and what, where, how and why content isconsumed by the customers.

Brand Communication:

- Experience in building brands using powerful insights on culture and creating impactful, ROI-driven communicationcampaigns across digital and traditional channels.

- Lead the creation of multi-format content across all brands.

- Continuously and effectively strategies brand positioning, visibility, trials and communication for the respective Brandportfolio.

PR Strategy :

- Oversee the planning and execution of Plan for the PR & influencing activities for all brands.

- Develop spokesperson skills and create opportunities to strengthen brand credentials.

- Plan and execute PR programs, use PR and effective media relations to increase brand.

- Consumer Insight and Market Intelligence

- Lead new product development and strategies, through consumer insights derived from market research, competitivemapping and other market intelligence.

- Monitor monthly volume and industry performance to generate meaningful insight Partnerships

- Partnerships and alliances with brands to create more awareness, brand saliency while bringing in revenue for thebrands.

- People Management

- Strong focus on people leadership dimension. Nurture, Grow and Manage functional talent.

- Ensure the skill development of Brand Managers in their respective areas.

- Works with cross-functional teams, leading marketing efforts.

- Aims at building a consumer-facing innovative culture at the organization
