Job Description :
- This position reports to the CEO.
- This position will be responsible for managing 10-12 team members.

The client is a start-up in the Education space - primary service offering is to help students chose their courses overseas.
Description :
- Responsible for the performance of the website and end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, conversion, and revenue for the business.
- Oversee all aspects of product and performance marketing across website & mobile application, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention
- Generate bold and imaginative strategies for revenue growth in paid and organic channels and continually optimize campaigns based on data analysis, customer feedback and direct response metrics.
- Build performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on web and mobile app.
- Monitor site, mobile app and channel performances and drive continuous ways to further improve and optimise.
- Analyse and define customer segments, design personalised digital customer journey for acquisition, better engagement and retention of customers.
- Customer activation planning and execution through data Analytics, CRM platform, other relevant databases & systems, developing relevant Communication Strategy & driving Customer Loyalty.
- Responsible for driving SEO / SEM objectives
- Analyzing marketing metrics and weekly, monthly and annual reporting (campaign performances, new customer acquisitions, conversion rates, web analytics, Customer lifetime value, retention, churn etc.)
Profile :
- 8 years of relevant experience in growth marketing with a demonstrable proven track record in digital marketing management across all channels. Ecommerce experience is preferred.
- PG / MBA (Specialised in Marketing) from a reputed institute.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.
- Excellent Communication & People Management skills with ability to interact at all levels.
- Good computer knowledge & MS Office skills
