Key Job Responsibilities:
- Formulation of marketing objectives for brands and translation into communication objectives.
- Insight generation to develop deep understanding of School and Higher Education category, Industry & Students, competition benchmarking, price sensitivity and potential white spaces using scientific research methods.
- Generate leads via ATL and BTL initiatives
- Brand Communication Strategy, Offline Marketing (Television, Print, Radio, BTL, Alliances) Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, Launching / re-launching old and new programs.
- New product development to maximize capacity utilization.
- Marketing, Media Planning and Annual Operating Plan for brands
- Creative campaign management
- Brand Research Implementation
- External agency & vendor management for brand campaigns
- Managing all brand related material.
- Managing implementation of the campaigns
- Competition Analysis & Mapping
- Introducing new initiatives (Social Marketing/ Mobile Marketing)
- Provide marketing support for all initiatives to students and parents, managing visibility and collaterals.
- Team Management.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA only from premier B school, with a good graduation degree.
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
